Despite the fact that you only buy quality products from verified suppliers and brands on, it may happen that over time the product ceases to serve as it should, or the goods may exceptionally be damaged during transport. In any case, you can be sure that we will try to solve your complaint as much as possible and handle the entire complaint process as quickly as possible.

How to proceed when claiming goods if the purchased goods show a defect or cease to be fully functional?

Each purchased product is covered by a warranty period of 24 months in accordance with applicable law, when the customer can complain about the quality and functionality of the purchased goods. The complete wording of the complaint conditions is a part of the Terms and conditions.

  1. Write down and print the COMPLAINT FORM, which you attach to the claimed goods.
  2. If possible, place the claimed goods in the original box / packaging together with a copy of the invoice / cash receipt, which you received for the order by e-mail or in person when buying in our store and send it by courier or bring it in person to: Florbal s.r.o., Tomášikova 13, 821 01 Bratislava
  3. After receiving the complaint, we will inform you by e-mail about the beginning of the complaint procedure.
  4. We will inform you about the result of the complaint procedure within 30 calendar days at the latest. We try to resolve every complaint as soon as possible, usually within 14 days.

What should I do if I find that the carrier is delivering my order in a damaged box?

Each package leaves us safely, packed well in undamaged packaging and always branded with Florbal4u adhesive tape. If the carrier delivers the order to you in a damaged box (packaging), we recommend that you do not accept the shipment. If you pick up the shipment, do not forget to write the damage with the courier in the acceptance report (state in the report that the package was damaged during the pickup) and check the contents of the shipment by the courier (if the item is missing an item from your order, we do not recommend accepting the shipment). If this happens, contact us and we will work together to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
