If you purchased a product from our e-shop but you did not choose the correct parameters or wish to return the purchased product, we will gladly replace the product with a new one / accept the returned product within the legal 14-day period.

How to return or exchange the purchased product?

1.) Put the unused goods back in the original box / packaging, together with the invoice or gift you received with the order. In case you wish to exchange the product for a new one with different parameters (size, color), please attach a cover letter indicating which product variant you are interested in. In the case of returning the goods for a refund, you need to attach a Contract Withdrawal Form.

2.) Please wrap the box properly so that the goods are not damaged during transport.

3.) Packed goods must be sent to this address: Florbal s.r.o., Tomášikova 13, 821 01 Bratislava
Do not send the goods cash on delivery (in this case the goods will not be accepted).

4.) After receiving the goods, we will inform you about the take-over of the goods and the expected time of handling your request.

When exchanging goods, the exchange time depends on stock availability. In case the goods are in stock, we will exchange the products without any further delay. However, if the product is out of stock, it is necessary to follow the delivery time specified for the particular variant you are interested in.

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods:

1.) The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2.) The goods must not be used, worn or damaged in any way (in the case of a floorball stick, the protective foil must not be removed for hygienic reasons!).

3.) The goods must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged.
