Merco Punchball is a simple boxing training aid that helps you improve your reaction speed, coordination, endurance and stroke. The package includes a headband made of elastic silicone in a universal size and three different balls on an elastic band. You simply put on the headband and adjust its size using Velcro. You will then tie one of three balls to the headband - a black PU ball for beginners, a red rubber ball for advanced or a classic hard tennis ball for experienced. We deliver the entire package in a practical bag with a drawstring for easy storage and transport. The weight of the whole set is only 145 g. We recommend the boxing reaction ball for boxers older than 6 years and adults.
