Our new product this year, the Salming Prime model, was created with a simple and clear goal - to get as much comfort as possible into each of your runs. All the features of this voluminous road shoe are tailored to this goal. Starting with a generous cushioning layer from the improved Recoil+ premium compound, through a very comfortable and adaptable upper, to a soft inner cushioning that will make your feet feel like cotton.

In the list of the most important features of the Prime model, we must not forget their sole. It is modeled from blown rubber and is partially enriched with recycled rubber. Thanks to this combination, the sole is lighter, more flexible and more durable. Its universal and relatively distinctive pattern will hold you well both on the road and in lighter terrain.

No, we wouldn't really choose the Prime model for a fast road race where you're chasing every second. You will appreciate its advantages the most only when your feet start to wither and you need the right amount of cushioning and support that fast shoes cannot offer. We therefore recommend Prime especially for running long distances on a hard surface or any runs where comfort is the most important thing for you.
