OUR TIP: How to choose the right size of protective glasses for floorball?

Newly developed Salming protective eyewear in a unique design that makes the glasses literally wrap around your head to ensure extraordinary comfort and excellent vision.

Features a new type of curved lens construction shape for maximized vision, enhanced fit and safety, called 10 base. 2K rubberized inserts on template sides to prevent from scrubbing your skin and increase your overall comfort. Come with an exclusive transparent bullet case that protects the glasses.

Template Safety Construction.

For side templates, softer and more flexible TR90 material was used. It reduces the risk of injury and, in combination with the rubberized template sides, it ensures that the glasses will fit perfectly and comfortably on the head.

Anti-reflective coating.

Ground surface of a lens may cause unpleasant reflections, for example when the light reflects from the surface in the sports arena. These reflections can make the athlete tired and are be irritating to their eyes. To prevent these negative effects, we added anti-reflective layer to our lenses.

Hydrofobic treatment.

The hydrophobic layer repels water, sweat and grease, keeping the glasses clean for longer and making them easier to clean. Hydrophobic technology allows water or sweat to run off smoothly off the lens without any unwanted stains. Hydrophobic surface qualities also greatly increase scratch resistance.

Scratch-resistand coating. 

Unfortunately, there is no polycarbonate lens that would be completely scratch-resistant. Yet this anti-scratch technology prolongs the life of the lens and prevents it from small scratches that occur due to everyday handling and cleaning. Lenses without scratches obviously mean clearer vision.

V1 Wrap - Around - Design. 

The round shape of the glasses helps to maximize vision during the game. V1 glasses are available in three sizes: 115 mm, 125 mm and 135 mm. In order to achieve maximum comfort and protection, it is very important that each player chooses the right size.

Frame Padding Area.

The edges of the glasses are on the inside covered  with neoprene padding for additional comfort and safety. The supporting bridge is made of rubber material.

Maximized Vision.

In this unique Wrap-Around Design, a 10-base curved lens is used. This allows for maximum vision, which is a key factor for delivering good performance. Advanced polycarbonate lenses have many useful features. Each lens has two ventilation holes to prevent the glasses from fogging.
