Elastic material of the vest makes putting on much easier and increases comfort. It also serves as a compression t-shirt that perfectly copies the goalkeeper's body. It helps keep the body warm to avoid muscle injuries. That can happen in a match where the goalkeeper is idle for a long period of time and suddenly has to perform abrupt movements without warming up.

Players agree that the vest does not move during the match at all and that another big advantage is a sturdy rubber on the underside of the vest, which does not roll over the pants.

Padding panels of this vest are made of thick foam. This means the impacts of the ball are compensated by the distribution over the full length of the impacted area.
