The popular "enRoute" in a new coat! That in a nutshell is the definition of the new Salming Recoil Lyte model. This novelty continues to be based mainly on the precisely processed concept of the midsole and sole, which, despite all its comfort, can also offer a tremendously brisk bounce and a natural feeling in every step. Thanks to the significantly reactive damping provided by our premium Recoil foam and the low weight of a voluminous road shoe, you don't have to be afraid to take the Recoil Lyte model even for faster tempo training or a race.

The sole of the new model consists of a combination of rubber parts, a torsion unit under the arch and an uncovered part of cushioning foam. Even Recoil Lyte is able to offer great flexibility, feel to the surface and at the same time keep your feet in the optimal direction even in moments when they start to get tired.

The aforementioned "new coat" is a completely redesigned upper for the Recoil Lyte. It is newly double-layered and consists of a fine and ideally flexible polyester knit, which is covered with a polyurethane layer created by 3D printing to increase stability.

For roads and paved roads
Primarily, the Salming Recoil Lyte model is designed for running on the road or asphalt surfaces, but you won't feel bad in them even on natural paved roads.

For beginners and advanced
Like previous generations, the Salming Recoil Lyte is such a versatile model that both the beginner runner and the advanced runner will appreciate it for their features. Thanks to the neutral tread and medium-hard cushioning, it is also suitable for runners with a common form of pronation and supination. Even the higher weight of the runner does not have to be an obstacle, the damping is sufficient and durable even in this case.

Good for long training sessions and brisker runs
